This includes services such as: Digital safety checks; Mobile device and account privacy reviews; Password and account security improvements; Complete digital protection setups; General digital safety education and guidance.

What we don’t do
- Act as your IT helpdesk for all technical issues
- Guarantee that you will never be hacked, scammed, or compromised
- Take responsibility for how you use your devices after our session
- Provide legal, financial, or tax advice
Your responsibilities
Maintaining security awareness and following recommendations. You agree to:
• Provide accurate information about your situation and devices
• Follow any instructions we give you as carefully as you can
• Keep your passwords, passphrases, and recovery details private and secure
• Contact us promptly if you notice something worrying after a session
Travel and service area
We are based in the Nelson & Tasman region.
• Included (no extra travel charge): Nelson, Atawhai, Stoke.
• Travel charges apply for: Richmond, Motueka, Golden Bay.
Any travel charges will be clearly explained before you confirm your booking.
Pricing and payment
Service prices are shown on our website or in your quote. Prices may change over time; the price confirmed at booking is the one that applies to you. Some services may require a deposit or full payment in advance when booking online.
3. Cancellation / Refund Policy
Changing or cancelling your appointment
Life happens. More than 24 hours before your appointment, you can reschedule or cancel for free. Less than 24 hours prior, we may charge a late fee or keep your deposit.
Refunds
Refunds are available if we cancel and cannot reschedule, or if there is a clear issue with the service provided. Your NZ consumer law rights still apply.
4. Disclaimer
Our services are designed to improve your digital safety and reduce your risk, but no system is perfect.
No guarantee of complete protection
We provide best‑practice guidance based on current knowledge, but no system is perfect. We cannot guarantee you will never be affected by a cyber incident.
• We cannot guarantee that you will never experience a cyber incident, scam, or data breach.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, including new threats, software bugs, or actions taken by third parties.
• To the maximum extent allowed by New Zealand law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Your ongoing role: Your safety also depends on the choices you make online; How you manage your passwords and devices over time; Whether you keep software and apps up to date; How you respond to suspicious messages, links, or calls.
